Corinth Moulterie
Corinth Moulterie (2004) is from Brooklyn, New York, and studied dance at The Ailey School.
For Corinth Moultere, his passion for dance stems from a deep desire for expression, creativity, and storytelling. As a child, he was flamboyant, super active, and loved to entertain, but at the same time, he often felt misunderstood. Dance offered his the outlet he needed.
It gave me the chance to say everything I couldn't put into words, and to show all the sides of me I wasn't accepted for."
He considers himself a curious dancer. Always driven by the feeling that there is more to learn and discover, he approaches dance with an almost childlike curiosity.
Gemini through and through
He recognizes the characteristics of his star sign in his personality. "I'm a Gemini through and through, which means I can be the most social of butterflies and also quite reserved all together. Most importantly though, I like to lead with love and an open mind."
In his free time you can usually find his singing, which he loves very much.

Right place, right time
His path to Scapino wasn't obvious. Growing up in New York City, he hadn't considered moving to Europe. That changed when he met Nanine Linning during a tour in The Hague. They stayed in touch and discovered they shared many values.
When I came back this spring and saw the company perform live, I felt so refreshed by what I witnessed.
So when the offer to join the company arose I was fearful of such a big change at first but in my spirit I knew this is where I needed to be.”
Future
He's also clear about his future. He wants to continue sharing his love of storytelling with the world. "The galaxy's the only limit.”
